Booking Terms & Conditions

We require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made, which will be charged when we e-mail your confirmation. The remaining 50% will be charged upon arrival.

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less $100.

For cancellations less than 30 (but more than 14) days’ prior to your arrival, your deposit will be not be refunded unless we are able to re-book the entire reservation, in which event we will refund your deposit less $100.

Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations with less than 14 days notice.

Sorry, no pets!  We are animal lovers, but for the convenience and comfort of our guests, we have determined to adopt a no-pets policy for the time beingt.

Check-in is 4pm.

Check-out is 11am. Late check-outs may incur fees.

Please call for late check-ins past 8pm.

2 cars allowed per cottage. There is a $10 extra charge per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles must register at check-in and display a parking pass.

No overnight guests.

No smoking in cottages or on the Resort.

No tents allowed.

Quiet hours are 10pm – 7am.

All boats must register at the store and pay launch and moorage fee.

Any damage to Cottages and/or Property will be subjected to additional fees.

No firearms, fireworks, weapons or any illegal substances or marijuana are permitted on Granite Point Property.

Granite Point does not assume liability or responsibility to any personal property of any guests on Granite Point Property.

Granite Point makes every effort to ensure your convenience and comfort.  However, we are not responsible for utility outages, wildfire, smoke or other circumstances which may be unique to the setting.

All damage created by the guest, or their invited guests and or children is the responsibility of the guest checking into the cottage/RV site.  Damage will be charged 120% of full or new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges, whether accidental or willful.  Any costs associated with repairs, and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.  In the event the credit card is denied, Granite Point Park has the right to seek charges from the registered guest.  In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Granite Point strives to provide all our guests and residents a safe, and family friendly experience at our resort since 1921. All guest are responsible for complying with the Rules & Regulations for Granite Point.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Granite Point Resort has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
