Cottage has fully furnished bedding, kitchen, and towels. Occupant furnishes own beach towels, and toiletries.
Weekly Rate: $1,042 *
Nightly Rate: $165
* Minimum Rental Periods:
June 12-30, July & August are week-long bookings only, starting on Saturdays.
May, June 1-11, & September 4-30 nightly rentals are also available, 2-night minimum.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made, which will be charged when we email your confirmation. The remaining 50% will be charged upon arrival.
For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less $100.
For cancellations less than 30 (but more than 14) days prior to arrival, your deposit will not be refunded, unless we are able to rebook the entire reservation, in which case we will refund your deposit, less $100.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 14 days notice.
