* Seasons & Cottage Rental Minimum Periods:
High Season:  June 14-30, July & August are week-long bookings only, starting on Fridays.
Low Season:  May, June 1-13, & September 3-30 nightly rentals are also available, 2-night minimum.

 

Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior to arrival: Deposit refunded less $20.00 service charge
15-29 days prior to arrival: 1/2 deposit refunded less $20.00 service charge
14 days or less: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
